What can you do to help?

The first thing you can do is get involved. By this we mean come along to the demonstrations and attend as many meetings as possible.

We welcome anyone who can contribute to the committee by using their skills and knowledge to add to our growing skillset. Anyone with legal knowledge, media skills etc. If you would like to know more email us here

Please contact as many of the people below as you can letting them know how you feel about the threat to Grantham hospital.
Every email is one small step nearer saving our hospital services. Thankyou.

Fill in the E-Petition

The Prime Ministers own website now provides a petition service. Our petition can be found here http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/granthamhospital/
please get as many people as you know to add themselves to this petition and lets get to the top of 'popular petitions'.

Contact public figures

There are several people who need to know what you think about the hospital being scaled down leading to possible closure. The A&E going will lead to many other types of surgery and services going by default. You cant do one without the other.

Write to or email as many of the following as you possibly can. Thankyou. (Hewitt and Blair are the main ones. Quentin Davies already knows your level of support but if you have anything to ask him his contact details are below).

Anyone else? If you can think of anyone who should be on this list please contact us here and let us know.

"The NHS is having its greatest year yet!"
Words which will surely haunt the health secretary for the rest of her days. The RCN conference members almost fell of their chairs when she made this astonishing comment earlier this year.

Lord Sainsbury, the billionaire member of the supermarket family is the biggest contributor to New Labour. Surely this man has influence inside No.10 ?
